How to Use a Gift Card

You can use your gift card both in our offline store and on our online store.
Follow the simple steps below to redeem your balance.

1. Using Your Gift Card in the Online Store

You can redeem your gift card during checkout on our website.

Step 1: Add items to your cart

  1. Browse the online store and add products to your cart.
  2. When you’re ready, go to the Checkout page.

Step 2: Open the Gift Card popup

  1. On the checkout page, look for the button “View/Add Gift Card”.
  2. Click on “View/Add Gift Card”.
  3. A popup window will open where you can:
    • Add a new gift card, and
    • View gift cards you have already purchased.

Step 3: Enter gift card

  1. In the popup, find the section “Gift Card Number” .
  2. Enter your Gift Card Number
  3. Click on Apply.

If the card details are correct and the card has balance:

  • The gift card will be applied to current order.
  • You will see the available balance and the card listed in the popup under your gift cards.

Step 4: Select which card(s) to use

Inside the “View/Add Gift Card” popup, you will see a list of:

  • Gift cards you have purchased earlier (if applicable).

To use a gift card on this order:

  1. Select the card you want to use.
  2. Confirm to apply/redeem the card to your order.

Step 5: Check updated order total

Once the gift card is applied:

  1. Your order summary will update and show the gift card amount deducted.
  2. If the gift card covers the full order:
    • Your payable amount becomes ₹0 (or equivalent).
  3. If the gift card covers part of the order:
    • You’ll see a reduced total.
    • Pay the remaining balance using your preferred payment method.

Step 6: Complete your order

  1. Review your order details, address, and final total.
  2. Click Place Order.
  3. Your gift card will be charged only for the amount actually used.
  4. If there is remaining balance, you can use it on future orders until it is fully used or expires (see terms below).

1. Using Your Gift Card in Our Offline Store

  1. Visit any participating store
    Go to one of our physical locations.
  2. Choose your products
    Pick the items you want to buy and take them to the billing counter.
  3. Show your gift card at checkout
    • If you have a physical card: hand it to the cashier.
    • If you have a digital card: show the gift card email/SMS with your card number and PIN (if applicable).
  4. Cashier applies the gift card
    The cashier will:
    • Scan or enter your card number
    • Verify the available balance
    • Apply it to your purchase
  5. Pay any remaining balance (if needed)
    • If your gift card covers the full amount: your order is complete.
    • If your gift card doesn’t cover the full amount: you can pay the remaining balance using cash, card, or any other accepted payment method.
  6. Keep your gift card
    • If you still have remaining balance, keep the card for your next purchase.
    • You can ask the cashier to tell you your remaining balance.

3. Important Notes & Terms

  • Validity: Each gift card is valid until its expiry date.
  • Partial use: You can use your gift card over multiple purchases until the entire balance is used.

    • In our offline stores.
    • On our official online store
